Welcome to Healing Hypnosis

 

In these times of economic struggle, it is easy to forgo personal growth when in “survival mode”.  One could argue, however, that it is in these trying times that we would benefit the most by striving harder to reach our fullpotential.  Many people have deep-rooted, unresolved mental and emotional challenges, and oftentimes, they go completely ignored or unnoticed.  These suppressed emotions or mental images tend to manifest as fears, anxiety, sleep disorders, non-productive habits and addictions, and many other troubling health problems. With each personalized hypnotherapy session, we will work together to resolve these problems to help you live a more rewarding, empowering, and fruitful life!


 

Session Objective

 

The ultimate goal is to go deep within yourself, to your subconscious mind, to find your own answers. My role in each hypnotherapy session is to act as a facilitator, or a guide.  Your role is to find the answers within yourself and make the right choices for you.  The body and mind each know what is best for itself, and together, we will tap into your very own resources to help enrich your life with the love, peace of mind, and abundance you deserve!

What you need to know about your hypnotherapy session:

  1. Anyone can be hypnotized if they want to be!
    1. A client needs to be receptive and willing to be hypnotized.  If the client goes into the session with a less-than willing mindset, it will most likely be ineffective.
    2. A client needs to be open-minded.
  1. Trust your practitioner and yourself!
    1. A client must establish a rapport with their hypnotherapist in order to gain trust.  This is why I feel that in-person consultations are essential prior to beginning our work together.  I want us to get to know one another to determine if this is the right treatment option for you, and to assess what you want to take away from the experience.
    2. A client, most importantly, must be honest with him/herself.  You may experience some amazing breakthroughs during hypnotherapy which cannot take root and replace unwanted emotions if you do not trust your natural, innate ability to make the right choices for yourself.
  1. Understand the results are cumulative!
    1. It gets easier to go into a trance the more often one does it. 
    2. Each session draws more information from your subconscious mind into your conscious mind.  As such, multiple sessions tend to be more beneficial and create long-lasting, positive results!

 

FAQs

 

Q.  How many sessions will I need?
A.  It depends on how much work needs to be done, and until we have our initial consultation, it is hard to determine.  However, I am professionally committed to mobilizing your inner resources in the shortest possible time.
Q.  How long is each session?
A.  I do not time my sessions.  We will work for a long as we need to in order to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion for that session.
Q.  How does it work?
A.  When you go into a trance, we open up a doorway between your conscious and subconscious mind so that you can go deep within to reveal the stumbling blocks you may have which are preventing you from reaching your full potential.  It also helps you access the correct answers for yourself that you may not see in the conscious mind alone.
